1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tt66 ("tt66", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tt66 website at https://tt66.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, payment functionalities, and promotional programmes (collectively, "the Platform").

Access to the Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you disagree with any updated provision, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting tt66 support.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tt66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and tt66.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The tt66 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. tt66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfactorily demonstrated.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tt66 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To create an account you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method. You must notify tt66 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting support.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active tt66 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tt66 will close the secondary account(s), void any bets placed from those accounts, and may apply a deduction equivalent to any bonus funds claimed across duplicate accounts.

3Account Rules

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify tt66 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. tt66 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). tt66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with industry best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card, passport, or equivalent government-issued document — before any withdrawal is processed or before certain account features are unlocked. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending resolution.

3.4 Account Currency. All tt66 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit confirmations, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT using Western Arabic numerals.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tt66 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. tt66 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tt66 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which tt66 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's tt66 balance within sixty seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of a discrepancy between your payment provider record and your tt66 balance, you must contact tt66 support within 72 hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified account holders are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. tt66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment method registered in the same name as the tt66 account.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, although very large withdrawal requests may be subject to a staged payment schedule at tt66's discretion.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. tt66 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Deposits must be made using funds that belong to the account holder and that originate from legitimate sources. tt66 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers available on the tt66 Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is active.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a wagering requirement is applied to a bonus, the Player must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion details.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. tt66 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close an account, where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies (such as bet hedging) to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent; exploiting any error in bonus calculations; and coordinating with other players to jointly exploit a promotional offer.

5.5 Promotional Amendments. tt66 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, tt66 will honour the terms as they stood at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the tt66 Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the Platform displays a bet confirmation reference number. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that bets have been placed correctly before confirmation.

6.2 Insufficient Funds. Bets will only be accepted if the Player has sufficient cleared funds in their tt66 account at the time of placement. tt66 does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

6.3 Void Bets. tt66 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; technical malfunctions affecting bet placement or settlement; events abandoned or significantly altered from their original format; and where there is evidence of collusion or match-fixing.

6.4 Sports Betting — In-Play Markets. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at tt66's discretion, particularly around key moments such as wickets, goals, or video referrals. Bets placed prior to a suspension will be honoured provided the relevant selection is fully determinable from the portion of play completed before suspension.

6.5 Casino Games — RNG Certification. All casino games on the tt66 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including tt66. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual player outcomes.

6.6 Crash Games. Hi-Lo, Go Rush, and other crash-format games available on tt66 are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. Players are strongly advised to review the specific rules and payout structures of each crash game before wagering.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tt66 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and, where applicable, referral of evidence to law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities, and failing to report them to tt66 promptly.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point in the relationship with tt66.
• Charging back any deposit through a payment provider after using the deposited funds to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tt66 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or the tt66 administrative systems, without authorisation.

8Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. tt66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our obligation to assist those players seriously.

8.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all tt66 account holders via the account settings dashboard at any time:

9Intellectual Property

All content on the tt66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of tt66 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any tt66 content without the express prior written consent of tt66. Any unauthorised use of tt66 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. tt66 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside tt66's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

10.2 Excluded Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tt66 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from Platform downtime or technical errors.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tt66's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their tt66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. tt66 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, government action, or power outages affecting the tt66 infrastructure.

11Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by tt66 is governed by the tt66 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

tt66 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform to protect data in transit. Player financial and identity records are stored on secure servers and are not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required for the provision of the Platform services (including payment processing and KYC verification), as required by applicable law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Amendments to These Terms

tt66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, tt66 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address or mobile number associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

The version number and last-updated date at the top of this document indicate the current version of the Terms. Previous versions are available on request by contacting tt66 support.

13Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your tt66 account at any time by contacting tt66 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining cleared balance (net of any pending withdrawals or active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

13.2 Closure by tt66. tt66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false registration information; the Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months; or tt66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.

13.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in your account at the time of closure are forfeited. Cleared cash balances are returned subject to the conditions in Section 13.1 above.

14Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tt66 Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to waive any mandatory consumer protections afforded to players by the laws of Bangladesh.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and tt66, you are encouraged to contact tt66 support in the first instance. tt66 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

14.3 Bet Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific bet or game outcome must be raised with tt66 support within 30 days of the relevant event or game result. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. tt66's decision on bet settlement disputes, made in good faith and in accordance with the published game or sports-betting rules, shall be final.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
